The production process is the inspection of key steps. The thickness of the core material is set by the CNC system and carefully checked. Two times of UV coating and irradiation ensure stable surface performance and scratch resistance. There are micro bevels after the floor cutting and grooving, the click system will be tested by professional tensile instruments.

The after production inspection after production is an important part. ECOSHIELD has a complete sampling and testing process for the sampling inspection of goods, and every detail will be implemented. We will ensure that there are no less than 5 pieces of different colors in each package of flooring, and items such as brightness, straightness and embossing depth will be focused on. The professional team will check whether there are height differences and gaps between the boards, peeling strength. Abrasion resistance, flame retardant properties, dimensional stability, density will be carried out by professional laboratory.

The airbags will be filled during the shipping process to protect the integrity of the product to the greatest extent. Bandages will keep all the goods stable in the container. The packaging will be customized in advance according to customer needs, and fully reinforced to prevent bumps.
Brightness testers detect finished floor gloss, automatic abrasion testers, veneer calipers and click projectors avoid deviation, and peel strength and stability testers provide real data support for extremely low shrinkage rates.
